Refund Process:

  • Online Payments:

    • If you made an online payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method but only if we delivered you the wrong/damaged articles or if you placed an order and we don’t have that article in our stock.
    • Allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • For COD orders, our customer support team will guide you on the refund process. Please provide the necessary details during your cancellation request.
